I used to dread going to work.

I discovered what I do best and love most and was determined to help others do the same.

The problem? Existing coaching tools didn’t give me what I needed to uncover the secret sauce in each person.

Like all coaches, I patched together multiple tools and assessments because none of them look at the whole person. They also weren’t intuitive. They were interesting, but not actionable.
